Face: Apply Miracle Tan immediately after you've cleansed and patted your face dry. Resist pulling, and use a gentle touch using light upward strokes from your neck up to your forehead. Be especially careful of the skin surrounding your eyes, as it is more fragile. Pay particular attention to any creases. This product can be used at any time including after sun exposure, for maximum benefit use at least once daily. Remember to apply your evening moisturiser at least 30 minutes before you go to bed, so that it has time to sink in and doesn't rub off on your pillow.
Body: Apply Miracle Tan immediately after you've showered or bathed and dried. Pay particular attention to any dry areas. Apply at least once daily.
